A Little More about Emily K.

I have been practicing reiki since end of 2020. I discovered reiki after attending a virtual reiki-infused soundbath during the height of the pandemic. Before I discovered reiki, I was utilizing EFT to work on physical and psychological issues from a traumatic accident. I also have used reiki with dealing with corporate burnout and issues like generational trauma and inner child work. I believe that the body knows how to heal itself; we just need to get out of the way and reiki allows us to do that.
